What does it cost?
We work on a pay-per-hire model. That means you only pay once you’ve successfully hired a candidate. No upfront fees
What if the candidate doesn’t show up or quits early?
We do our best to minimize this risk through strong screening and clear communication with candidates. However, in rare cases where this happens, we’ll offer to replace the candidate at no extra cost.
Do you handle contracts or work permits?
We focus on connecting you with the right candidates. Employment contracts and onboarding are handled by your business. However, all our candidates have the right to work in the EU (EU/EEA passports or valid permits), so there’s no extra paperwork involved for most roles.
What type of candidates can we expect?
You’ll receive a small selection of pre-screened, motivated candidates who understand the nature of the role and meet your specific qualification requirements. We don’t just forward CVs — we speak with each applicant to ensure they’re well-prepared, genuinely interested, and a good fit for your business. Whether you're looking for language skills, prior hospitality experience, or a certain mindset, we make sure every candidate we share is aligned with what you need.
How long does it take to get candidates?
Once we’ve had an initial call and fully understood your needs, we’ll spend a couple of days onboarding your role — making sure both our recruitment and marketing teams are aligned on the profile you're looking for. From there, we begin the search and screening process. In most cases, you can expect to receive your first tailored candidate overview within the first week.
